GDPR Privacy

Anyone can request that its personal data and that of its minor child no longer appear.

To do so, submit a request to the administrator via the contact page.

Privacy Management

Only the creator of a person's profile can access the privacy management page.

They can choose to hide the date of birth of a person who is still alive,

and even choose to keep this person's profile permanently hidden.

Of course, the creator always has access to this person's profile.

Security Management

Only the creator of a person's profile can access the security management page.

They can at any time allow or deny a user the ability to

• modify information related to civil status
• modify miscellaneous information and profession
• activate contact details and, in this case, choose which information will be public
• add or delete a parent
• add a couple
• add or delete children
• modify the details of a couple created by them

When creating a person, permissions are granted by default, except

• if a person is created as a child or parent, the permission to delete the child is removed
• a couple can only be deleted by its creator (to correct an error)

A removed permission applies to all users, even the creator.

If the creator wishes to make a change, they must reactivate the permission.

Other security rules

A person cannot be deleted if a document (photo, certificate, etc.) is linked with them.

Similarly, a document cannot be deleted if a person is linked with it.
